Payment Information

Health Atlas MD is a cash-pay practice. We do not accept or process health insurance payments of any kind. When you pay for services, payment is processed through a third-party payment processor. Health Atlas MD is a cash-pay practice and does not submit claims to or engage in electronic transactions with health insurance companies. Regardless of covered entity status under HIPAA, Health Atlas MD is committed to protecting your health information in accordance with applicable federal and Texas state law, and we voluntarily comply with the HIPAA Privacy Rule as a standard of practice and a matter of patient trust.
