The Atlas Inflammation & Immunity Mapping Method

How It Works

The Atlas Inflammation & Immunity Mapping Method starts the way every patient relationship starts here: with listening, a full history, and the testing that shows what is driving how you feel. From there, Dr. Mery and the team build the plan and move through it with you. As your body responds, and as your symptoms shift, the plan shifts with you.

The care is built around the root cause, calibrated as you go, with a physician who stays with you for what comes next. For most patients, that means finally understanding what has been driving how they feel, and starting to feel like themselves again.

A Physician-Led Plan, Calibrated to You

Care that meets you with the depth your symptoms deserve.

Most patients arrive at Health Atlas MD after trying many things first. Primary care. Specialists. Drive-by wellness clinics. They have analyzed their own lab results, read the books, chased the latest health hacks, and told their story many times over. By the time they reach us, they are tired of treating each symptom separately and ready for a doctor who looks at the big picture.

That is the work Dr. Mery has spent nearly three decades preparing for. He completed his fellowship in adult and pediatric allergy and immunology at Brigham and Women's Hospital at Harvard Medical School, with research in mast cell biology. He holds double board certification in internal medicine and allergy and immunology, with a third board in anti-aging and longevity medicine in progress.

He is one of very few immunologists blending allopathic medicine with Ayurvedic and Eastern philosophies, and he believes medicine is both an art and a science. The best outcomes happen when patients are active participants in their own care.

The Atlas Method reflects all of that. It is staged, customized, and adjusted over time. It draws from a wide library of treatments, including supplements, peptides, IV and IM infusions, injections, breathing treatments, traditional medicine, and integrative approaches. And it is built around what your body actually needs, based on what the testing reveals.

Ongoing care to protect the progress you have made and keep building on it for the years ahead.

Inside the Atlas Method

What happens at every stage of your care.

Every patient at Health Atlas MD moves through the same three stages of the Atlas Inflammation & Immunity Mapping Method. The level of care inside Stage 2 and Stage 3 is determined by Dr. Mery, based on what your assessment and your returning labs reveal. The investment is discussed during your assessment, when the picture of what your body actually needs becomes clear.

Stage 1: Mapping Inflammation & Immunity

The Inflammation & Immunity Assessment

Every patient begins here, and begins with a focused first visit with Dr. Mery. He listens first. He hears the full story of how you feel and how you got here, in your own words. He reviews your history, examines you, and orders the labs and testing needed to understand what is driving your symptoms. By the end of the visit, you have a clearer picture of what is going on and a recommendation for the right next step.

What happens at this stage:

  • A focused visit where Dr. Mery hears your story and reviews your history
  • Labs and targeted testing ordered based on what your symptoms are telling him
  • A read on the big picture, distilled so you can understand what is actually going on in your body
  • A clear recommendation for where to go from here

Stage 2: Building Immune Resilience

The Inflammation Map & Calibration

This is the stage where your plan comes together and the work of feeling better begins. Dr. Mery uses what he learned from your assessment and your testing to build your Inflammation Map, which is your tailored protocol. Then you begin the 90-day Calibration, which is the time you spend on that plan while your body responds and Dr. Mery makes adjustments along the way.

You are not alone inside this 90-day window. Dr. Mery places you at the level of care your picture calls for, and from the day your plan begins, he and his team stay close to how you are responding. The plan is tuned as you go.

The three levels of care at this stage:

Pathway — for patients with a single-area focus and one primary protocol track

Roadmap — for patients with two interrelated tracks, a more layered picture, more touchpoints, and more retesting

Atlas — for patients whose picture spans multiple systems and protocols

Your 90-day Calibration, step by step:

Weeks 1 to 3 : your Map is built
Dr. Mery reviews your full history, exam findings, advanced labs, body composition, and any additional testing. He synthesizes what he sees, writes your tailored plan, and walks you through it.

Days 14 to 30 : your plan launches
You begin your protocol. Treatments, peptide and supplement support start based on your plan. Dr. Mery and his team read how your body is responding.

Day 30 : check-in
Your first calibration. The plan is tuned to how you are responding so far.

Day 60 : review
A mid-point review of how you are feeling, with retesting where it is helpful.

Day 90 : wrap with Dr. Mery
A look back at what has changed, and a conversation about what comes next, including the level of ongoing care that fits where you are now.

What may be included in your plan:

Supplements, peptides, IV and IM infusions, injections, breathing treatments, traditional medicine, and integrative approaches drawn from Ayurvedic and Eastern philosophies. Every plan is tailored to you and adjusted as your body responds.

Stage 3: Restoring & Sustaining Well-Being

The Health Atlas MD Membership

Your care does not end at day 90. The Health Atlas MD Membership is the ongoing relationship that keeps your progress building, with Dr. Mery's clinical team caring for you day to day and Dr. Mery overseeing your protocol as your body continues to respond. Most patients continue at the same level they finished their 90-day Calibration, and your level can shift as your picture evolves.

The four levels of ongoing care:

Pathway — focused, single-area ongoing care, for patients sustaining the progress made in one focused area

Roadmap — broader ongoing care with more touchpoints, for patients managing multiple interrelated areas

Atlas — active, multiple-area care with deeper access, for patients whose health continues to shift across several systems

What ongoing care looks like at every level

Continued physician oversight, the clinical team's hands-on care, IV and IM treatments, peptides, supplements, and recalibration over time. Dr. Mery sets what is included at each level, and your level is reviewed as we go so the care you receive continues to match where you actually are.

Moving between levels

The picture of your health evolves over time, and your level of care is meant to evolve with it. A 90 to 120 day period at any level is usually best before moving, so we have enough to see how your body is responding and decide together. You always have a say.
